使用jsp访问mysql数据库，出现了连接失败的异常：

有乱码这是怎么回事啊？？？？
都说是驱动的问题，找了好久都没有找到mysql5.1的驱动，mysql官方网站一直登入不了，驱动啊？？？？

终于找到一个可以用的驱动了，但是为什么驱动jar包放在tomcat的lib目录下，还是不行呢？
后来我给他放到web应用的WEB-INF/lib下之后就读出数据库数据了，虽然有乱码？？？
